Who provides the service
Can They Find Me is operated by Almario Consulting Limited. Contact support@cantheyfindme.com about your account or service.
Your account subscription
Planned monthly prices are SEO at NZ$139 and SEO + AEO at NZ$199. Both cover up to seven active websites and 500 tracked keywords shared across your account. SEO + AEO also includes 50 daily prompts, AI brand performance for one website and up to 300 AI visibility reports per day. Daily collection is being prepared and new subscriptions are not open yet.
Prices are billed in NZD. New Zealand prices include GST. Your checkout must show the applicable tax, final total and recurring monthly schedule before payment. No separate one-time website report purchase is required for a new subscription.
Free homepage report
Our basic free report requires a verified account email and no credit card. It checks the initial HTML of one homepage, displays Can They Find Me branding and does not include a full website crawl or an internal-link audit. Findings reflect the evidence available at collection time and cannot guarantee rankings or inclusion in search or AI answers.
Website slots and existing reports
Removing a website frees an active slot and stops future tracking of that website. It does not cancel your account subscription or change its agreed price. Existing separately billed website subscriptions are cancelled before those websites are archived. Restoring a website does not restart a cancelled subscription.
Your delivered paid reports remain available after cancellation. Existing orders and subscriptions retain their agreed amounts, currency, tax and report access; the new catalogue does not silently migrate or reprice them.
Billing and cancellation
A recurring subscription requires your agreement to its price and billing schedule. Use the available billing controls or contact support before the next renewal to request cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the agreed paid-through period. See refunds and cancellation.
Your website and account
Only submit a website you own or have permission to monitor. Keep sign-in and recovery material private. Do not submit credentials as website evidence or attempt unauthorised access. Report security concerns to security@cantheyfindme.com.
Questions and statutory rights
Contact support about a service problem. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
